Jim Trejo

Jim Trejo is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in workforce management and customer service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Choice Home Warranty since February 2019, Jim Trejo has successfully overseen all aspects of operations, from site launch to team development. Prior to this role, Jim Trejo held various positions at Inktel Contact Center Solutions from 2010 to 2019, including Director of Workforce Management and Director of Site Operations, where responsibilities included managing employee resources, overseeing multiple clients, and ensuring operational efficiency. Jim Trejo holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
