Benjamin Strickler

Benjamin Strickler is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Compensation and Equity Manager at Choice Hotels International since December 2021. In this role, Benjamin provides analysis and builds predictive models to ensure compensation programs align with market best practices. Responsibilities include managing equity and incentive program operations and administering the Stock Plan, along with preparing executive compensation data for proxy statements. Prior to this position, Benjamin worked as a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst at Choice Hotels and held various finance-related roles at AARP, Alvarez & Marsal, HSBC, and the Rescue Mission of Roanoke.
