Dave Scott

Dave Scott is an experienced finance and audit professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit (CAE) at Choice Hotels International since June 2016, Scott previously held significant roles, including Senior Vice President and General Auditor/CAE at E*Trade Financial, where a global risk-based internal audit function was established that achieved high ratings from regulatory bodies. Earlier positions included Vice President of Finance/Controller at Post Newsweek Media, Senior Auditor at The Washington Post Company, Controller at Mackenzie and Company, and accountant/auditor at Price Waterhouse. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University, with a focus on accounting and business management.
