Doug's extensive career began at Wyndham Worldwide/Cendant Corporation, where various leadership roles were undertaken over a span of more than 20 years, particularly in Franchise Sales and Development. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at Stratton Mountain Resort from 1977 to 1987. Doug Rawson earned a Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science degree in Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University.
