Gary Overton is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Regional Director of Franchise Performance Extended Stay at Choice Hotels International since July 1999, Gary has held various pivotal roles, including Regional Area Director and Area Director of Franchise Services. Prior to joining Choice Hotels, Gary worked at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts as a Regional Service Manager and Hospitality Trainer, and held multiple management positions at Holiday Inn and Landmark Hotel Corporation, showcasing a strong background in operations and management. Gary's educational background includes studies at Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University, along with numerous certifications in hospitality management, including CHA, CHRM, CHSP, CHDM, and CHIA.
