Jamie Little

Jamie Little has extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Mobility at Choice Hotels International since April 2016. In this role, Jamie oversees strategic recruiting efforts for corporate positions and executive recruiting, while also managing internal communications and ensuring a consistent employer brand message. Prior experiences include various senior director roles at Choice Hotels International, as well as a Director of Talent Acquisition Communications at the University of Maryland, where Jamie also served as the Head Coach of the Division IA Collegiate Cheerleading program. Additionally, Jamie has worked in real estate as a Realtor and has marketing experience from a position at Spirit Unlimited, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
