Kristen Holahan

Kristen Holahan is an experienced marketing and product leader currently serving as Senior Director of Cobrand Credit Cards & Loyalty Partnerships at Choice Hotels International since May 2022. In this role, Kristen manages the Choice Privileges Mastercard program and the points transfer programs, overseeing commercial performance, PNL ownership, and marketing strategy. Previously, Kristen held the position of Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included managing the Hotel line of business within the Chase Travel booking platform and leading the digital wallet strategy for Chase Pay. Earlier experiences span roles at TripAdvisor, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Campbell Soup Company, focusing on brand marketing and strategy execution. Kristen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Economics & Business from Lafayette College and an MBA from Drexel University.
