Lisa Tsui, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Accounting at Choice Hotels International, where responsibilities include leading the property accounting team and overseeing financial reporting for multi-phase construction and operating hotels. Previously held roles at Choice Hotels include Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policies, focusing on consolidated financial statements and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Lisa's experience also encompasses positions at Novavax as Accounting Manager, managing accounts payable and payroll, and at Madison Marquette in various accounting managerial roles overseeing a sizable real estate portfolio. Early in the career, Lisa worked at Ernst and Young as a Senior Property Accountant and Staff Auditor, providing assurance services and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
