Tamara Laster

Tamara Laster is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global sales and corporate strategy within the hospitality and business sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Sales and Enablement at Choice Hotels International, Tamara previously held key leadership positions at IHG Hotels & Resorts, including Vice President of Global Sales Strategy and Head of Corporate Transient Sales Strategy. With a strong background in pricing and quantitative analysis from a role as Senior Director at ADP, and prior experiences in program development at InterContinental Hotels Group and change management at North Highland, Tamara combines analytical expertise with strategic vision. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Duke University and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
