Andrew Lamont is a seasoned property management professional currently serving as Head of Planned Maintenance at Choice Housing Ireland Ltd since June 2021, after holding the role of Planned Maintenance Manager. Prior to this, Andrew was Property Assets Manager at Triangle Housing Association from September 2013 to June 2021, overseeing property management and maintenance functions. Andrew's career began as a Senior Property Management Surveyor at McConnell Chartered Surveyors from June 2004 to August 2013, where responsibilities included managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Andrew holds a degree in Property Investment & Development from Ulster University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
