Lauren Boegner

Lauren joined Choice in 2019 and leads the Human Resources function across the company including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development. As a champion of progressive culture, Lauren partners with the leadership team to create a collaborative, team-oriented, and engaging modern environment for the global employee experience. Prior to Choice, Lauren was the Vice President of Human Resources at Preferred Sands, an oil and gas service company with locations across North America. In this role, Lauren was successful developing and maintaining a high-performing organization. She holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan.
