Marla Grassgreen

Marla Grassgreen is an experienced underwriting manager with a robust history in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager at Choice Mortgage Group since June 2022, Marla's key responsibilities include developing in-house delegated underwriting policies and overseeing the hiring and training of new underwriters. Previous roles include Underwriting Manager at K & B Capital and Stearns Lending, and Branch Manager at Norcom Mortgage. In addition, Marla has held senior positions at Trinity Mortgage as Vice President of Operations/Sales, and as Director of Specialty Products at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, where Marla focused on growing the Correspondent Channel and managing specialty products. Marla's career also includes experience in USDA Rural Housing Loan underwriting at JPMorgan Chase and program management at PMAC Lending Services Inc. Marla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
