Indi Madar

Indi Madar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social impact and community engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Social Impact at Choice Properties since December 2022, Indi previously held roles at the Canadian Credit Union Association, including Manager and Policy Advisor for ESG & Community Impact, focusing on climate action, sustainability, and financial literacy from April 2018 to December 2022. Early career experiences include roles such as Communications and Marketing Officer at the Graduate Student Association at the University of Waterloo, where Indi developed communication strategies, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, responsible for engaging undergraduate students. Additional positions include Logistics Coordinator at Synapcity and Outreach and Liaison Officer at FESFO, where Indi focused on youth programs and advocacy. Indi holds a Master of Environmental Studies in Sustainability Management from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Development & Globalization from the University of Ottawa.
