Karen A. Kinsley

Ms. Kinsley, a corporate Director, previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“CMHC”) from 2003 to 2013. Prior to being appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Kinsley held multiple positions at CMHC including Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and head of its mortgage insurance and securitization businesses. Ms. Kinsley serves on the Boards of Saputo Inc. and the National Bank of Canada.

Ms. Kinsley holds a B.Comm from the University of Ottawa.

Ms. Kinsley is a fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and has received the Certified Director designation (ICD.D) from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
