Katelyn Newman is an experienced professional in retail leasing and real estate management, currently serving as the AVP Retail Leasing at Choice Properties since September 2014, where previous roles included Director of Leasing, Senior Leasing Manager, Leasing Manager, and Leasing Representative. Prior to Choice Properties, Katelyn worked at SmartCentres from August 2008 to September 2014 as a Leasing Representative and Leasing Assistant, and at The Daniels Corporation from January 2007 to January 2008 as Office Manager, supporting the Vice-President of Low Rise Housing. Katelyn's career began at City Life Realty Ltd, where responsibilities included sales and office administration. Katelyn holds a degree from the University of Toronto, building extensive knowledge in the construction industry and union protocols while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail across various real estate projects.
