Mike Bax

Mike Bax is a seasoned professional in retail leasing with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Retail Leasing at Choice Properties since February 2023, Mike previously held the position of Director of Leasing, Retail at QuadReal Property Group from September 2019 to January 2023, where the focus was on strategic leasing initiatives. Prior to that role, Mike was a Leasing Representative at GameStop Canada, overseeing leasing operations for over 300 stores nationwide, including lease negotiations and portfolio management. Earlier experience includes a Retail Leasing Intern position at Oxford Properties Group. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate Management from Ryerson University, earned in 2018.
