Charlotte Kong

Charlotte Kong is a seasoned professional in the real estate leasing sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Central Leasing at K11 Concepts Limited since February 2021, after progressing from Manager in the same department. Previous experience includes Deputy Leasing Manager (Retail) at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and various roles at Hang Lung Properties, including Assistant Manager and Senior Officer - Leasing (Retail), where significant contributions were made to the Renovation Project of The Peak Galleria. Charlotte holds a Master of Science in Real Estate with a focus on Investment and Finance from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Information System from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
