Nelson Menezes R.P.A has extensive experience in building operations and facilities management, currently serving as Building Operations Manager at Choice Properties REIT since May 2025. Previously, Nelson held key roles at CANDEREL GROUP as Manager of Technical Services and Building Operations and Operations Supervisor from September 2018 to June 2025. Prior to that, Nelson contributed to Rogers Communications in Facilities from August 2010 to September 2018 and worked as a Facilities Help Desk Coordinator at Sprint Canada from 1996 to 2002. Nelson holds a diploma in Furniture Production and Design from George Brown College, earned between 1993 and 1996.
