Jennifer Coco has over a decade of experience in business development and management within the multifamily property sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Choice Property Resources, Inc. since July 2016, Jennifer has a proven track record in vendor contract negotiation and enhancing resident satisfaction through comprehensive advisory services. Previous roles include Business Development Executive and Account Executive at the same company. Prior to Choice, Jennifer worked as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Farmers Deposit Bank and held several positions at PNC Bank, including Merchant Services Account Executive and Branch Manager. Jennifer holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Otterbein University.
