Ashleigh Hawkins has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims management. Ashleigh started their career as an E&S Adjuster at Cunningham Lindsey in 2009 and later became a Claims Analyst, overseeing nationwide claims for multiple clients and nurturing client relationships.

In 2012, Ashleigh joined Crawford & Company as a Program Manager, providing claims management and litigation services, as well as training new adjusters and developing client-specific guidelines.

Ashleigh then moved on to Cunningham Lindsey as a District Supervisor, where they supervised a team of 22 Field Adjusters and collaborated with the District Manager to maximize performance and ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.

In 2015, Ashleigh became the Director of Quality Assurance at Choice Solutions Services, Inc. There, they oversaw quality assurance for claims departments across multiple office locations, mentored a team of 60 staff members, and collaborated with executive leadership to develop effective strategies.

Currently, Ashleigh is the President of Choice TPA, where they oversee all aspects of operations and the strategic direction for claims department operations. Ashleigh manages customer experience, employee recruiting and development, and provides policy language interpretation. Additionally, they supervise a claims department staff of 6 team members.

Ashleigh Hawkins earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from William Woods University in 2003. Ashleigh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, completing it in 2006.
