Cale Watts

Slade Watts has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and claims management industry. Currently serving as President of Choice Field Services at Choice Solutions Services, Inc. since December 2013, Slade also held the position of VP Operations. Previous roles include Claims Director and Regional Manager at Insurance Claims Adjusters, Inc. from June 2006 to December 2013, and various positions including Property Re-Inspector and National Catastrophe Adjuster at Travelers from August 2003 to June 2006. Slade began their career as a Property Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company in 2002. Slade holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Lamar University, with prior education from Tarleton State University, Angelina College, and Ranger College.
