Soraya Asmar

Soraya Asmar is an experienced UX/UI and digital designer with a strong background in visual design and user experience. Currently serving as a UX/UI Designer at CHOICE since May 2016, Soraya develops visual designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and integrates user testing insights into design processes. Previous roles include Digital Designer positions at Optus, Vodafone Hutchison Australia, and various freelance projects for clients such as Nabo and Bauer Media. Soraya also has a rich history in community engagement, having coordinated cultural programs for emerging artists at Information and Cultural Exchange and facilitated workshops for children at Bankstown Area Multicultural Network. With degrees in Creative Writing and Art History from the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Sydney, along with a Certificate IV in Graphic Design from Shillington College, Soraya combines artistic expertise with a commitment to user-centered design.
