Melissa Norman

Melissa Norman is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Choices CCS. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Director of Permanency and Practice Support at the Department of Child Services from September 2011 to July 2012. Before that, they were the DCS Executive Manager at the State of Indiana from March 2007 to September 2011.

Melissa Norman has a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Ball State University.

Melissa Norman reports to Michael Goldberg, Chief Executive Officer. Melissa Norman works with Beth Hazen - Indiana Executive Director, David Sikes - Louisiana & Mississippi Executive Director, and TaWanda Dent - VP of Community & Provider Relations.
