Dr. Andrea Williams

Dr. Andrea Williams is an accomplished leader in the field of behavioral health and community services, currently serving as the Executive Director at CHOICES IN COMMUNITY HOUSING since March 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations and Vice President at Gompers, where advocacy for equity and program coordination were key responsibilities. Dr. Williams was previously the Executive Director at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services, overseeing administration and program services related to behavioral health prevention for diverse populations. Early career experience includes positions as a Law Enforcement Agent/Coordinator at the Department of Justice and a Crisis Counselor for the Phoenix Department, providing comprehensive support in emergency situations. Dr. Williams holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Education in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology.
