Previous positions included Vice President Human Resources, and Human Resources Director at Funai Electric Cebu Inc. and Lexmark International Philippines Inc. respectively. Minchu's leadership has been pivotal in organizational change management and employee development, particularly during transitions between corporate ownerships. Earlier roles include Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at STI College Cebu, where Minchu successfully turned around negative financial performance. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos and formal training in change management and leadership development from esteemed institutions such as Penn State University and INSEAD.
