Lauren Riordan

Lauren Riordan is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and account management. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Choose Chicago since March 2022, Lauren previously held roles including Sales Manager at 21c Museum Hotels and Sales Development Representative at Lakeshore Recycling Systems. Demonstrated success in generating significant new room nights for the city, Lauren achieved 110% of the 2019 annual goal and received the "Consider It Done" award in 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Sales Coordinator at InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile and various roles at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Western Illinois University and is pursuing a Hospitality & Tourism Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University.
