Lexie Knittel, CMP, is a seasoned professional in the event planning industry with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Site Visit Manager at Choose Chicago since November 2024, Lexie previously worked as Trade Show & Event Planner at Visit Orlando from April 2022 to October 2024. Prior positions include Event Sales Manager at Centurion Restaurant Group and multiple roles at ADP and Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando, including Catering Manager. Lexie's career also features roles at Blush by Brandee Gaar as a Wedding Coordinator, Omni Hotels & Resorts in sales and catering, and involvement in human resources at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Florida Health Care Association. Lexie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management and Human Resource Management from Florida State University, where studies took place from 2009 to 2013.
