Radhika Agarwal

Radhika Agarwal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Radhika started their career as an HR Intern at Frito-Lay in 2009, where they conducted assessments and analyzed employee data. Radhika then worked as an HR Generalist at Sara Lee, providing leadership support to over 900 employees. At R1 RCM, they served as an HR Business Partner and later as a Senior HR Generalist, offering strategic HR support to various business functions. Radhika joined Apexon in 2018 as a Senior HR Business Partner, leading HR initiatives and playing a key role in change management and merger integration. Since 2016, Radhika has also been working as a freelance Corporate Wellness Consultant and Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, assisting organizations in developing total rewards strategies and promoting workplace wellness. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Choose Chicago, starting in 2023.

Radhika Agarwal holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Radhika also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai. In addition to their formal education, Radhika has certifications as a Certified Yoga Teacher, having completed 250 hours of training at Tejas Yoga Chicago, and in Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Professionals from DePaul University.
