Rachel Cohen

Rachel Cohen, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Business Development Officer at Choose New Jersey, Inc., where the focus is on encouraging businesses to establish operations in New Jersey. Rachel also owns Cinnaholic Metuchen, a plant-based cinnamon roll dessert shop, and Lemon Consulting, LLC, which specializes in business growth and strategy. Previously, Rachel held roles as a Real Estate Development Manager and Program Manager for Economic Development at Middlesex County, NJ, and has extensive experience in marketing and operations from positions at USA Gymnastics and DreamWorks Animation. Rachel earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Strategic Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and holds a BS in Neuroscience from Union College.
