Mary Martini D'Aries currently serves as the VP, Talent Acquisition and Retention at Atlas, a strategic consulting and program delivery company. In this role, they are responsible for growing the global Talent organization and ensuring the team has the necessary resources to deliver top-notch solutions to clients. Prior to joining Atlas, Mary worked at DIVERSANT, LLC as a Recruiting Lead, where they were recognized as a consecutive member of the "Achievers Club" for top employees. Mary also spearheaded the Veteran's STAR program, successfully placing over 50 military veterans in IT jobs at Fortune 500 companies in New Jersey and New York City. Mary's previous experience includes working in Human Resources at Deutsche Bank and as a Recruiter at TEKsystems.

Mary Martini D'Aries has completed a leadership program at the Harvard Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University-New Brunswick's Rutgers College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" in March 2021, "Unconscious Bias" in November 2020, "Organizing Your Remote Office for Maximum Productivity" in September 2020, and "What Is a PMO?" in September 2020.
