Nathaly Arraiz Matute has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Nathaly began their career as a Senior Audio Visual Technician at Visual Aids Electronics in 2009. In 2013, they became a Software Development Intern at WOBL. In 2014, they were a Services Professional Co-Op Intern at Ericsson. In 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Concordia University. In 2016, they were a Junior Design Engineer at B&W Group and a Hardware Designer at Sensequake. Since 2017, they have been with Muse® by Interaxon Inc., where they have served as an Electrical Engineer, Technical Lead-Hardware, and Hardware Engineering Manager. In these roles, they have worked on firmware and hardware development, managed team communication and standups, and represented and communicated the technical development perspective in creation of the company's future roadmapping. Nathaly has also been involved in all aspects of the design and manufacturing of the electronics inside Muse and future EEG wearables.
Nathaly Arraiz Matute began their educational journey in 2005 when they graduated from Concordia University with a BFA in Electroacoustic Studies. From 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Java Programming from Concordia University. In 2012, they graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical- Electronics Engineering. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems from Coursera, University of Maryland.
