Matt Church

Matt Church has eight years of work experience in a variety of roles. Their most recent job is as Mental Health Technology Editor at Choosing Therapy, which they began in 2022. Matt also serves as Co-Owner at Overture Photography, beginning in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Care Counselor at Cerebral from 2021, where they managed client care, used CBT and existential therapy techniques to help improve client's quality of life, and utilized mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, and many others to help clients control life issues and gain more meaning in their lives. From 2018 to 2021, Matt held two roles at Camelot Care Centers, Inc. as a Therapist/Assessor and Care Coordinator. Matt worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T from 2017 to 2018, a Medical Assistant/Referral Specialist at TN River Medicine Primary and Urgent Care from 2015 to 2017, a Bookseller at Books A Million from 2015 to 2017, and a Cashier at Ingles Markets, Inc. from 2013 to 2015.

Matt Church graduated from Tusculum University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Matt then continued their education at Southern New Hampshire University, graduating in 2019 with a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
