Anne Taylor

Anne Taylor is a Board Member of Chord Energy and serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee, and on the Nominating and Governance Committee. She had been a Director of Whiting Petroleum Corporation since 2020. Ms. Taylor also served as Chair of Whiting’s Compensation and Human Resources Committee and as a member of Whiting’s ESG Committee. Ms. Taylor has an extensive background in business strategy development and execution, management and leadership, talent development and corporate governance, as well as the energy industry and public company knowledge.

Ms. Taylor began her career with Deloitte in 1987 and retired in 2018. She was Vice Chairman and Managing Partner of the Houston office at Deloitte from 2013 to 2018 and held other top executive positions with Deloitte including U.S. Chief Strategy Officer and Global Leader for e-business. Ms. Taylor is the President and sole owner of AT Strategies LLC, a consulting firm providing executive coaching services.

Ms. Taylor received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Engineering from the University of Utah. She also attended Princeton University for doctorate studies in civil engineering, where she focused on transportation and mobility.
