Shannon Weinberg Kinney is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Chord Energy. Previously, Shannon held various legal roles at ConocoPhillips from 2012 to 2023, culminating in the position of VP, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Before that, Shannon served as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TPC Group from 2010 to 2012 and was an associate at Bracewell LLP and Andrews Kurth LLP early in their career. Shannon earned a law degree Magna Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law and completed undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
