Jocelyn Rubio

Jocelyn Rubio, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Choreograph, a global data products and technology company, since May 2014. Prior to this role, Jocelyn held the position of Human Resources Manager at AMX from November 2005 to May 2014, where the company earned recognition as one of the "Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America" multiple times. Earlier experience includes working as a Special Investigator at USIS from March 2004 to November 2005, conducting detailed investigations for national security clearance applicants. Jocelyn holds a B.S. in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
