Laura Barton-Williams

Laura Barton-Williams is an accomplished Communications Manager with extensive experience in local government and project management. Currently serving as Communications Manager at both Chorley Council and South Ribble Borough Council since 2019, Laura has previously held the role of Marketing and Communications Officer at Mersey Gateway Crossings Board Ltd, where responsibilities included marketing for a significant toll bridge project. Earlier career highlights include working as Marketing and Social Media Assistant at First Ark, developing strategies and communications for various brands, and gaining experience in retail and customer service at The Beatles Story. Laura holds a 2:1 degree in Screen Studies and Drama from Liverpool John Moores University.
