Joseph Smith is an experienced Operations Engineer at Chorus since October 2019, focused on automation, process improvement, technical debt eradication, environment optimization, and security enhancement. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as an IT Support Engineer at Glide UK, handling hardware and software support, telephony, networking, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and more. Joseph also has experience as a 1st Line Support Analyst and IT Support Engineer at previous companies. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Forensics and Security from the University of Derby.
