Howard Ratner

Howard Ratner is the Executive Director of CHORUS, a not-for-profit public-private partnership focused on increasing public access to peer-reviewed publications on federally funded research. Howard also served as the Director of Development during CHORUS's start-up phase. In addition, Howard held various executive and IT roles at Nature Publishing Group, ORCID, Inc., Springer-Verlag, and John Wiley & Sons. Ratner graduated from Union College with a BA in History in 1985.
