Rochelle Fernandes has over 15 years of experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Vice President Operations at Chorus Call India since October 2006. Rochelle has successfully overseen the planning and execution of thousands of corporate events for key clients in various sectors, including Investor Relations and virtual conferences. Previous roles include positions at 3 Global Services and Wipro Spectramind, where Rochelle focused on customer care and back office support. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Sociology and Psychology from St. Xavier's College, completed in 2002, and attended MES from 1990 to 1995.
