Chorus Community Health Plans
Andrea Spagnoli, MPH, is a Clinical Analyst at Chorus Community Health Plans, where responsibilities include supporting data and reporting for care management and health promotion efforts since January 2020. Previously, Andrea served as an Employee Support Specialist at Milwaukee Center for Independence, providing coaching and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and as a Graduate Student Intern at Children's Community Health Plan, focusing on program evaluation. Andrea also held the position of Program Coordinator at Fostering Futures of Wisconsin, developing trauma-informed care resources, and as a Development Assistant at SET Ministry, managing data and donor communications. Early experience includes coordinating service learning placements for Marquette University students. Andrea earned a Master's Degree in Public Health Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Welfare and Justice from Marquette University.

Chorus Community Health Plans, formerly Children’s Community Health Plan, is a health insurance organization offering both BadgerCare Plus and Individual and Family Plans and services designed to meet the needs of adults, children and families. CCHP’s BadgerCare Plus plan is available in 29 counties throughout Wisconsin, and CCHP’s Individual and Family Plan is available in 15 counties. Together, CCHP’s plans cover more than 155,000 adults and children in the state. With the combined resources of Children’s Hospital, Children’s Community Services, Children’s specialty and primary care clinics and our community partners, we are committed to improving the medical and social well-being of our members and the community.
