Mary Lindstrom

Mary Lindstrom is a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist at Children's Community Health Plan (CCHP), with a tenure beginning in October 2016. Responsibilities include reviewing member and provider appeals, developing appeal policies, conducting HEDIS audits, and leading quality improvement initiatives in alignment with NCQA guidelines. Prior to CCHP, Mary worked at Assurant from May 1992 to October 2016 as a Medical Management RN, where tasks included medical necessity reviews, case management, and supervision of medical management functions. Educationally, Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
