Mike Bonafede

Michael Bonafede has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a Summer Honors Intern at the New York City Law Department in 2001. Michael then worked as a Summer Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in 2002. Michael later joined the same company as a Corporate Associate in the Capital Markets Group from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Development Associate at Andy Spahn & Associates, Inc. Michael then joined Twentieth Century Fox as a Counsel in Legal Affairs in 2012 and eventually became a Senior Counsel in 2015, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations & Compliance at Chorus Innovations, Inc., a healthcare technology company.

Michael Bonafede attended UCLA from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a BA degree in English. Michael then went on to attend Cornell Law School from 2000 to 2003, earning a JD degree in Law.
