Rakesh Bhageloe MSc RA

Rakesh Bhageloe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rakesh is currently working as the Manager of Accounting and Tax at Chorus One. Prior to this, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Global Procurement Manager for Tax Compliance from 2018 to 2021. Rakesh also gained experience at EY, where they served as a Senior from 2017 to 2018. At EY, they started as a Staff in the Audit department in 2011 and was later promoted to Supervisor in 2014, overseeing the start-up, execution, and finalization phases of audit projects. Before their career in auditing, Rakesh worked as a part-time Production Employee at FrieslandCampina from 2000 to 2009, operating production machines for dairy products. Rakesh began their professional journey as a Customer Service representative at Solcon from 1997 to 1999.

Rakesh Bhageloe, MSc RA, has a comprehensive education history. Rakesh completed their Post-Master Registeraccountant program, which is the equivalent of a Dutch CPA, at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and graduated in 2009. Rakesh's earlier education includes attending Ichthus College Kampen, where they completed their VWO (pre-university education). In addition to their formal education, Rakesh earned the certification of Register Accountant from the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA) in April 2019.
