Ailsa Leach

Ailsa Leach has extensive experience in product management, having held various senior roles across multiple organizations since 2004. Currently serving as the Head of Networks & Enterprise at Chorus NZ Limited, Ailsa has also worked as a Product Practice Manager at Datacom and as a Senior Product Manager at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, where Ailsa introduced a product mindset to the institution. Prior experience includes multiple positions at IAG, overseeing digital product management for small and medium enterprises in both New Zealand and Australia, as well as contributions to Auckland Transport, Morepork, Spark New Zealand, and Microsoft New Zealand. Ailsa holds a BA Hons in Marketing, Italian, and French from the University of Strathclyde, along with international study experiences at ESSEC Business School and the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
