Frances Pickup (née Wood) has extensive work experience in market research and analysis. Frances currently works as a Senior Customer Insight Analyst at Chorus NZ Limited since April 2023. Frances pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of York from 2006 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, Frances attended Durham University in 2010 and 2011, where they achieved a Distinction in Marketing.

In addition to their academic achievements, Frances also holds a certification called the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research. Frances obtained this certificate from the Market Research Society in September 2012.
