Matt Craw

Matt Craw has over 19 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Matt began their career at Telecom New Zealand in 2002, where they worked as a Service Delivery Coordinator for seven years before being promoted to Service Delivery Manager. In 2011, Matt joined Chorus NZ Limited as a Provisioning Manager, responsible for managing a team and ensuring the smooth delivery of orders and customer services. Matt later became the National Provisioning Manager for Copper, leading a larger team and focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. From 2017 to 2019, Matt served as the Manager of Fibre Operations, overseeing a team and driving improvements in customer satisfaction. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Consumer Connect at Chorus, leading both onshore and offshore teams and overseeing operational budgets and a transformation program.
