Sarah Archer has extensive experience in talent management, diversity, and inclusion across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion at Chorus NZ Limited since September 2021, Sarah leads a team that includes HR Business Partners, Payroll, Reporting and Insights, and Talent Acquisition. Prior to this role, Sarah managed the Covid Contact Tracing team and Partner Contact Centres for Whakarongorau Aotearoa from January 2021 to September 2021. Sarah's past experience at Air New Zealand from January 2012 to May 2020 includes positions such as Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Pilot Enablement Manager, contributing to a broad operational and commercial understanding. Earlier roles include Deputy Academic Manager at Quantum Education and various management roles at BCD Travel. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Psychology from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, Sarah Archer's diverse background combines leadership in human resources, operational management, and educational expertise.
