Susan Reid has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Susan began their career in 2000 as an Integration Change Management Consultant and Twilight Manager at ANZ National Bank. In this role, they developed a change management strategy for the Customer and Transactional Service Centre and managed a team of 27 staff.

In 2006, Susan joined Porirua City Council as a Senior HR Advisor. Susan'sresponsibilities included recruitment strategy, organizational development initiatives, and providing advice and support to line managers on various HR areas. Susan held this position for over 13 years.

Since 2016, Susan has been working at Chorus NZ Limited. Susan started as a Senior HR Advisor and later progressed to the role of Senior P&C Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of P&C Manager, People Experience. The detailed responsibilities for each role are not provided.
