Zark Cromhout has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.
Zark began their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Front Desk Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel for two years. During this role, they focused on ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest complaints, and managing check-ins and check-outs.
Zark then transitioned into the food industry, working as a Pastry Chef at The Kings Arms Hotel. In this role, they prepared desserts, managed a team of chefs, and took on the responsibilities of a Sous Chef when needed.
Afterwards, Zark joined Boost Juice Bars as a Store Manager, where they oversaw the daily operations of the store.
In 2010, Zark joined T-Systems and held various roles within the company. Zark started as a Remote Support Engineer, providing 2nd level support to end-users. Zark then became a Service Desk Subject Matter Expert, responsible for process improvement, documentation, and training. Later, they worked as a Remote Services Process Analyst, focusing on increasing departmental efficiency through enterprise analysis. Lastly, they acted as an Incident Manager, handling complaints, escalations, and sensitive cases for a large corporate client.
Continuing their career at T-Systems, Zark briefly served as a Service Desk Team Leader, managing a team of call center agents dealing with network-related issues and ensuring availability on the Avaya phone system.
Most recently, Zark joined Chorus NZ Limited, where they held several roles. Initially, they served as a Service Delivery Coordinator, followed by a position as a Service Delivery Specialist. Zark later became a Workforce Reporting Specialist, and currently works as a Reporting & Insights Analyst.

Zark Cromhout's education history begins with their high school education at H.T.S PTA Tuine, where they matriculated from 1996 to 2001.
