Dave Lenington

Dave Lenington has over 15 years of experience in operations and contract manufacturing within the food and beverage industry. Dave is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Chosen Foods. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Senior Director of Contract Manufacturing Operations at Califia Farms, Director of Contract Manufacturing at The Simply Good Foods Company, and Director of Contract Manufacturing at Quest Nutrition. Dave has also worked at PepsiCo, where they served as an Industry Manager and held various roles including QFS Productivity Manager, Supply Chain Supervisor, and Replenishment Analyst. Throughout their career, they have successfully managed cost, quality, service, growth, and productivity while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. Dave has a strong track record of securing business capacity, negotiating manufacturing agreements, and developing collaborative processes with key suppliers. Dave has also led projects to invest in third-party manufacturing capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.

Dave Lenington completed their undergraduate education at Western Illinois University from 2003 to 2007. Dave pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management during this period.
